About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to support a major international SAP transformation programme. This is a remote contract position based in India, with an initial duration of 6 months and the potential for rolling extensions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and designing a global SAP EWM template for deployment across multiple countries and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the SAP EWM template.
- Design and configure SAP EWM solutions that align with business processes and objectives.
- Provide expertise in best practices for warehouse management and logistics.
- Support the implementation and testing phases of the project, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Train and mentor team members and end-users on SAP EWM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP EWM during the deployment phase.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in SAP EWM consulting, with a strong understanding of warehouse management processes.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions in large-scale environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with SAP integration points and related modules.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP EWM consulting.
