About this role
Our client is seeking a Freelance US IT Recruiter with expertise in sourcing candidates for Oracle, Cloud, AI, and other niche skills. This is a commission-only role designed for a short-term engagement based in Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), Kerala, allowing for work from home flexibility. The position requires alignment with US hours (EST/CST overlap) and will last for 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify hard-to-find technology talent for the US IT market.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the US market.
- Strong understanding of Oracle, Cloud, AI, and niche technology skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment.
