About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Manager - UI/UX Designer to own and continuously improve the end-to-end digital experience across their website and Sitecore platform. This role focuses on how users interact with content, ensuring that experiences are intuitive, effective, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a managerial role.
