Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using the Zafin AIOS and Banking Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing operational efficiency.
- Engage with clients to present technical concepts and solutions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical consulting role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in software development and integration, with experience in relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
