About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong experience in webMethods Integration Server and Mulesoft to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations in an on-premise environment. This role will play a key part in building scalable and reliable integrations across systems, including Salesforce and Oracle-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using webMethods and Mulesoft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows, APIs, and data mappings.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development.
- Strong expertise in webMethods Integration Server and Mulesoft.
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle-based platforms.
- Proficient in designing and implementing APIs and data integration workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
