About this role
The team is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to oversee technical execution across core ITSM, Enterprise Service Management (including HR, Legal, Facilities, and Procurement), as well as custom application development. This role requires collaboration with business analysts, delivery managers, and enterprise administrators to design, architect, and deliver high-quality technical solutions in an Agile/Sprint framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
