The team is seeking a Lead Designer - UI/UX to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface design of their cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences that resonate with a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to define user requirements and design specifications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
- Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
