About this role
The team is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead innovative projects and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of engineers in implementing AI technologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Python, .NET, Java, or Node.js.
- Develop and integrate GenAI APIs, including OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, to enhance product capabilities.
- Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex to create efficient workflows and applications.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure management using AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Implement microservices architecture and manage containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and/or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), Java, or Node.js.
- Practical experience with GenAI APIs and relevant AI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD methodologies.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration engines and RPA tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
