About this role
The team is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in enhancing their advanced AI-native platform, which is at the forefront of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will work remotely from India during the hours of 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI algorithms and models to improve security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cybersecurity to ensure the team remains a leader in the industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data processing.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a related field.
