Global M365 Data Engineer

The team is seeking a Global M365 Data Engineer to join their team, reporting to the Productivity & UX AI Product Manager. This role is integral in executing strategies related to M365 collaboration tools, with a primary focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams across all Group entities. The Global M365 Data Engineer will play a key role in designing, governing, and optimizing SharePoint-based collaboration services to enhance productivity, information management, and user experience on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for M365 collaboration tools, focusing on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Design and govern SharePoint-based collaboration services to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that improve information management.
• Monitor and analyze user engagement and feedback to continuously enhance collaboration tools.
• Provide training and support to users on M365 tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance and information management principles.
• Experience in designing and optimizing collaboration services for large organizations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a focus on M365 technologies.
