The team is seeking a Fullstack Developer III with expertise in the MERN stack and WebSocket technology. This role is designed for a Tech Lead who is not just a coder, but a builder, problem solver, and leader. The ideal candidate will be able to dive deep into an existing codebase, understand it with minimal knowledge transfer, and drive innovation and structure from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in WebSocket technology for real-time communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in leading development teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on fullstack development.
