About this role
The team is seeking an EUC Onsite Support Engineer to provide essential desktop and network support on a Dispatch/Freelance basis across multiple locations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a strong technical background in end-user computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops, ensuring optimal performance.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems for various devices.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications as needed.
- Set up and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to resolve user problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop support, EUC, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
