About this role
As an Engineering Manager - Flutter Lead, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will lead a team of Flutter developers, collaborate closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performance-driven mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Set coding standards and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
- Drive innovation through the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team dynamics to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in Dart and familiarity with backend technologies.
- Experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
