About this role
The team is seeking an experienced and client-focused Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Senior Technical Lead & Solution Architect to join their growing team. This is a senior leadership role that combines deep technical architecture expertise with strong client consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure best practices in solution architecture and development are followed.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive project success and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in system architecture design and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions effectively.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
