About this role
The team is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer and Lead to define and implement the DevOps vision and strategy. This role is crucial for developing roadmaps, evaluating technologies, and managing budgets to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, overseeing performance reviews and recruitment.
- Design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions, integrating new technologies and tools.
- Enforce coding standards and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance deployment processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevOps practices and tools, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team development and performance management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in DevOps or related fields, with a track record of leading teams and managing projects.
