About this role
The team is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to implement and enhance DevOps capabilities within their cloud offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and continuous integration/deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement DevOps capabilities using CI/CD toolsets and automation.
- Write scripts for automation using Linux Bash, Perl, and Python.
- Utilize AWS CLI for hands-on cloud management.
- Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.
- Build independent web-based tools for automation.
- Manage source control systems including SVN, GIT, and Bitbucket.
- Design, test, and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using GitLab CI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, and Python.
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience in managing source control systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps or related fields.
