About this role
The team is seeking a Data Architect with over a decade of experience in designing scalable data platforms and enterprise data models. This role is critical in shaping the data architecture strategy and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data architectures and enterprise data models.
- Build high-volume data pipelines and real-time streaming solutions.
- Develop robust ETL/ELT frameworks to support data integration and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data security and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud ecosystems, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with data processing tools such as Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with major integration platforms and data governance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data architecture or related fields, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry being a plus.
