About this role
The team is seeking a Configuration Developer - Analyst to join their team. The Configuration Developer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining business rules within FireLight, Hexure’s proprietary SaaS electronic fulfillment platform. This role is crucial for ensuring that financial product applications are completed accurately, completely, and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain business rules within the FireLight platform.
- Handle moderately complex business logic to ensure applications are processed 'In-Good-Order'.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and business rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in configuration management and business logic implementation.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, ideally FireLight or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and financial product applications.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in configuration development or a similar analytical role.
