The team is seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
- Provide training and support to users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate BI solutions with existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with SQL and database technologies.
- Experience in the Banking and Financial Services or Insurance sectors is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis and Power BI development.
