We are seeking a skilled Backend Full Stack Developer to join the team in Bangalore, IN. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development of customer support applications, focusing primarily on backend functionalities while also contributing to frontend tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer agent applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for improved performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with GraphQL and TypeScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of Node.js and AI technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in backend and full stack development.
