About this role
The team is seeking a Mid-Level Back End Developer to join their Product & Growth Team in Bangalore. This role is primarily focused on backend development, where you will work on scalable backend systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines to support product growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data, and Frontend teams to design and implement features.
- Work on event-driven architectures to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for improved data processing and analytics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in backend development or software engineering.
