The team is seeking an AWS Conversational AI Designer to join their team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational AI solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline interactions. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for developing innovative conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using AWS services such as Lex, Polly, and Lambda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into effective conversational designs.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI models, workflows, and user interactions.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve conversational interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with AWS services related to conversational AI.
- Proficiency in designing user-friendly conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and solutions.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in designing and implementing conversational AI solutions.
