The team is a leading fintech company specializing in modern business banking and payment infrastructure solutions. They are seeking an Associate UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fintech or technology-related field.
