The team is seeking an Associate Technical Architect specializing in Machine Learning to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative ML solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and propose effective ML strategies.
- Implement feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance.
- Utilize Python and R programming languages, along with ML and visualization libraries such as Scikit-Learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine learning and data analysis, with a strong analytical and quantitative skill set.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing stakeholder interactions.
- Hands-on experience with ML libraries and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities across various domains.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning and data analytics.
