About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through automated testing and continuous integration processes. You will collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
- Execute test cases and analyze test results to ensure software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing practices.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing or development with a focus on automation.
