Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software development experience, with a focus on leading projects and teams.
