About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to deliver successful projects across the Healthcare and Life Sciences domains. This role involves working on various aspects including R&D, Clinical Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory & Compliance, Healthcare Provider Engagement, Population Health Management, Patient Experience, Digital Health, Marketing, Cost Reduction, Platform Implementation, and Automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare and Life Sciences, providing thought leadership and domain expertise to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Lead project teams in the execution of strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management within Healthcare and Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
