About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Director, ERP Finance Solution Architect to join their team. This role is pivotal in gathering requirements and mapping business processes to suitable designs within SAP systems. You will support and guide initiatives across global financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement SAP solutions that enhance financial processes.
- Lead the mapping of business processes to SAP functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP finance solutions and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Facilitate training and support for end-users on SAP systems.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP financial modules (FI/CO).
- Proven track record in ERP solution architecture and design.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ERP finance solutions and architecture.
