The team is seeking an Assistant Manager / Group Leader for their Formulation Research and Development (FRD) team. In this role, you will lead a team of scientists in the design and development of injectable formulations, providing both technical guidance and mentorship. You will manage multiple formulation development projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of scientists in the development of injectable formulations.
  • Manage and oversee multiple formulation development projects.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure high-quality project execution by maintaining rigorous standards.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of formulation and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in formulation development, particularly with injectable products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in pharmaceutical development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation and development.
