The team is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing property-wide strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement. This position requires financial expertise to support the successful execution of brand service strategies and initiatives while maximizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with property and brand objectives.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the property, ensuring adherence to budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial goals are met.
- Create and execute business plans that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
