The team is seeking a highly skilled Yardi Systems Administrator to serve as the sole internal owner, technical expert, and platform strategist for their Yardi ecosystem. This role is critical as the firm primarily invests in commercial retail real estate, requiring a deep understanding of complex retail leasing structures, intricate CAM reconciliations, and variable sales tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Yardi system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Yardi-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Yardi platform to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Yardi solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to maximize the use of Yardi functionalities.
- Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Yardi software and its applications in commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of retail leasing structures, CAM reconciliations, and sales tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Yardi system administration or a related field.
