About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Workspace ONE / UEM Technical Consultant at the L3 level. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and Intune, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality technical solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise mobility management and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical consultancy on Workspace ONE UEM and related technologies.
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise mobility solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workspace ONE and Intune.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on Workspace ONE functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in enterprise mobility management technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Workspace ONE UEM and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in technical environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 9-14 years of relevant experience in technical consultancy, specifically with Workspace ONE and UEM solutions.
