The team is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Workday applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expertise in Workday best practices and solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Offer ongoing support and training to users post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Workday implementation and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
