About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Workday Orchestration Developer to join their team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex integrations using various Workday tools and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Build and optimize XML/XSLT/JSON-based transformations and orchestration flows across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
- Create and manage calculated fields, advanced/matrix/composite reports, and RaaS for integration purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday integration tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and orchestration flows.
- Experience in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance modules within Workday.
- Ability to create and manage complex reports and calculated fields.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Workday integration development.
