We are seeking a skilled Workday Extend Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Extend development and a passion for creating innovative solutions to enhance the team' Workday experience.
In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and customizing the Workday Extend platform for the team. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and develop custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Extend applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Workday Extend development and customization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with Workday modules and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Workday Extend or similar technical consulting roles.
