About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support Workday applications and business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, along with a solid background in integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.
- Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in all Workday configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Workday HCM and related modules.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Workday development and integration.
