About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Workday Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday integrations and a strong background in data migration and software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support end-to-end integrations across various Workday functions, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Execute data migration tasks and integration development using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Build and maintain reports and RaaS solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of demonstrated ability in data migration, integration development, and report building.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations development.
- Proficiency in Workday APIs and integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience: 5-8 years in Workday consultancy or related fields.
