About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Wireless Network Engineer specializing in wireless networking to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions. This role requires deep expertise in wireless technologies, RF design, security, troubleshooting, and optimization across large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy enterprise wireless networks for campus, branch, and large-scale environments.
- Conduct RF site surveys and analyze coverage requirements to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement security protocols and best practices to safeguard wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with wireless networking technologies and protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi 6, 802.11 standards).
- Proficiency in network design tools and RF planning software.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNP, CCNA Wireless, or equivalent) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network engineering, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
