The team is seeking a skilled Windows/IT Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of all systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cyber threats.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and desktop support.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or a related field.
