About this role
The team is seeking a Wind DT Offshore (OFW) Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to lead strategic direction in product development. In this role, you will work closely with product management teams to define and communicate a clear vision for development needs. You will direct the team by providing comprehensive requirements and collaborate to assess deliverables while balancing new features, defect resolutions, and technical debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management to establish strategic goals and priorities.
- Develop and communicate clear product requirements to the build and operations teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of perspectives from various stakeholders.
- Manage the balance between feature development, defect resolution, and addressing technical debt.
- Facilitate discussions to prioritize development tasks and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management or technical product management roles.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly offshore wind, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
