The team is seeking a skilled Website Developer to join their in-house team in New Alipore, Kolkata. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about creating impactful websites for the performance marketing sector, specifically for Escape Room and SaaS businesses across various international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites that meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
- Utilize Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to enhance online visibility.
- Conduct regular website audits and implement necessary updates and improvements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development frameworks.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and conversion optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in web development, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
