About this role
The team is seeking an experienced WebMethods Platform Developer & Administrator to manage, maintain, and support their IBM/Software AG WebMethods integration platform and its associated infrastructure. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of the WebMethods environment across development, test, and production landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, operate, and maintain the WebMethods integration platform.
- Ensure the security and monitoring of the WebMethods environment.
- Implement continuous improvement practices for the platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to support integration needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the WebMethods infrastructure.
- Document processes and provide training to team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with IBM/Software AG WebMethods platform.
- Proficiency in middleware technologies and integration solutions.
- Knowledge of system administration, monitoring, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in WebMethods administration and middleware infrastructure management.
