About this role
The team is seeking an experienced WebLogic Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle WebLogic Administration, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of middleware environments running on containerized and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
- Perform WebLogic deployments and manage application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Optimize middleware environments for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and integration.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and administration.
- Proficiency in OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
- Solid understanding of middleware architecture and application deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in WebLogic administration or related roles.
