About this role
The team is seeking a hands-on Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to own and scale their enterprise website, improve site performance, and drive higher demo conversions. This role is based in Mumbai and requires 100% work from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable, responsive Webflow websites using Client-First and Relume methodologies.
- Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom integrations and interactions.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze site performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Webflow and a strong portfolio of previous projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience: 3-5 years in web development and CRO.
