The team is a marketing and creative agency that specializes in modernizing digital presence for businesses. They are seeking a full-time Webflow Designer & Developer to join their remote team in India. In this role, you will work on various client website projects, primarily adapting premium Webflow templates to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and design preferences.
- Customize and develop Webflow templates based on client content and branding.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for all projects.
- Optimize websites for performance and SEO best practices.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Webflow, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizations.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other website builders.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in web design and development, particularly with Webflow.
