About this role
The team is seeking a motivated Web Architect & Lead Developer to join their Web, Automation & AI division. This role is a 3-month contract that requires hands-on experience in leveraging architecture and development across web, mobile, DevOps, and AI to drive business efficiency. The ideal candidate should be flexible to work across India, UK, and US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable web architectures that meet business requirements.
- Lead the development of web and mobile applications, ensuring best practices in coding and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
- Oversee DevOps processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Proficiency in mobile application development (iOS and Android).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Experience with AI and automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in web architecture and development roles, with a proven track record of leading projects.
