About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Web Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust web architectures. In this role, you will be responsible for creating scalable and high-availability solutions using Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement architecture infrastructure for web applications.
- Fine-tune web environments for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Establish best practices for server hardening, load balancing, and optimization specific to Apache and Tomcat.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, encryption protocols, and secure transmission standards.
- Define and enforce secure coding practices in Java-based applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat.
- Strong understanding of web architecture and infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in secure coding practices and security compliance.
- Experience in managing SSL/TLS and encryption protocols.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in web application architecture and design.
