About this role
The team is seeking a VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Engineer/Architect with a strong focus on automation to join their expanding team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in VMware technologies to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement VMware Cloud Foundation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Automate deployment and management processes using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VCF environments and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Experience in cloud architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture, with a focus on VMware solutions.
