About this role
The team is seeking an exceptional Vice President – AI & Software Engineering to lead the next generation of its AI-powered clinical imaging and intelligence platform. This strategic leader will be responsible for the architecture, engineering strategy, and execution of a new agentic AI platform, which includes intelligent AI applications and assistants designed for clinical imaging, clinical intelligence, and radiology workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-calibre team of approximately 45 engineers and data scientists.
- Develop and implement innovative AI solutions that enhance clinical imaging and radiology workflows.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Establish best practices in software engineering and AI application development.
- Drive the research and development of new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in AI and software development.
- Strong background in AI technologies, machine learning, and clinical applications.
- Expertise in software architecture and design principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years in software engineering and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
