About this role
The team is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5 - 8 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences, developing design systems, and translating complex business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design strategies.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
